One of my drives is showing faulted with 46 errors. Looking at the SMART report this was the result of a single UDMA CRC error, so I have no reason to expect the drive to actually be faulty - so how do I go about telling TrueNAS that everything is fine and get it to stop marking my drive as faulted?

It doesn't really work like that.

A drive is faulted due to repeated OS-level errors with disk communication, meaning that I suspect you're not reading your SMART output correctly.

A reboot will force a re-evaluation of the situation and may enable the pool to show as error free, but that's only likely to be temporary until a repeat of the same.

If you share the smartctl output, we may be able to help to see the problem with the disk.
