Clean Install of 9.10

Hi All

Easy question i hope, I want to do a clean install with mirrored USB drives, is this the location of the current release install of 9.10 including the latest update released today, or is it recommended to install the Release version and apply the updates manually?

That's the latest version. Note that it says 2016-04-11.
