CIFS read performance makes me sad, writes are fine.

I am getting ~17-20MB/s writes to the array over CIFS but can get ~90MB/s per interface from the local SSD on my PC over the 10GB NIC or about the same over 1Gb to one NIC on the array. It is just CIFS reads that seem to suck. Maybe that's my fault, I might need an adult, or cyberjock to point out what I am doing wrong. Let me know anything I can give you guys, or provide clarity on, anything, just let me know.

Remove the lacp and test performed again. Removing variable is how you start figuring this out.

I did, the server has 4 gig NICs, only 3 are in LACP one is not, though I will admit that non LACP NIC does get me up to ~28-35MB/s, did fail to test that.

Please try using iperf to test your network connection. Make sure to test it both ways, freenas as the server and your client as the server.

Might need an adult, I can not get data back from iperf.
client side : iperf3.exe -c 10.13.37.10 -P 1 -i 1 -p 5001 -w 64.0K -f M -t 1
Serverside : iperf -sD

Try iperf3.exe -c 10.13.37.10 -p 5001 skip all this other flags. And in the server use iperf -s -p 5001

I think it still hates me, is this one of those issues with iperf3?

Looks like your network is not sending packets correctly. Try plugging your server into your client and configure static IPs. This will eliminate all possibilities of switch failure. Also check or replace your Ethernet cable.

Stop using the lagg! Literally unplug ever Ethernet cable except the one you're using. The networking is your problem. If you don't know how to set it up or debug it don't use it.

Not really working, you are only getting 10% of your maximum speed.

Yeah, the access points are not high on CPU power, it showed me that iperf was working FreeNAS side, and got me away from iperf3 desktop side.

Why did you say access point?

Well it looks like your 10gig doesn't work. Your 1gig is working for the most part.
