Chelsio T420 doesn't work following migration to SCALE

The NIC shows up in lspci,

However I cannot establish a link, it doesn't matter which port I have my SFP cable plugged into, it cannot form a link. The switch is working along with the 2 Intel NICs in my PCs, but the switch doesn't recognise any connection over the port connected to the NAS. (The linkstate is down in TrueNAS)

Is there some way to reinstall the drivers for the Chelsio T420? I haven't really tinkered with drivers on Linux before so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you every figure out how to get it to work? I have the Chelsio T520 and I think there is a similar issue.
