Chelsio T420-BT Truenas 12 core not working

Hi!

I just got an T420-BT and i cant get it to work.

i get this In the dmesg output

t4nex0: failed to connect to the firmware , and also:
t4nex0: error during attach, adapter is now in recovery mode.

Is the card bad or im i missing something? I tried to google but no useful info. I also tried it in my win 10 pc, but the drivers doesent work with win 10 according to google and my try and errors.

Any ideas any one?

It appears that the firmware isn't running on the card.

I would see if you can update the firmware on the card.

i also tried on a windows machine. Windows complains about power failure. so is the card broken? Or is it worth trying to update FW?
