Certificate Problem on new and Legacy GUI

Hello

First I deleted the old certificate, than I made a Certificate Signing request on the new web GUI, and signed it from my Windows CA. Now under the System > General settings for the Web GUI I couldn't select my new Certificate. Then I went on the Legacy GUI and there I could select my new Certificate and i had an HTTPS connection, at least when i went back on the new GUI there i allso had an HTTPS connection but with the old Certificate I deleted.

I hope somone could help me
