Good morning everyone.

I recently installed for the first Time FreeNAS 9.3.1 on my IOMEGA Storage, ONLY ON the FIRST Disk (I got 4x1TB Disks).
Is not possible to use for storage all the 4 DISKS? I can select only ADA1-2-3, but not the 0 (the one that I use for install FreeNAS).

Thank you in advance.

No is not possible.

This is not going to end well. Your hardware isn't even close to meeting the minimum specs needed to run FreeNAS.

...and to answer your direct question, no, you can't use the disk you install FreeNAS to for storage. The installer tells you as much when you're installing the system. For the sake of your data, you really need to RT*M and use suitable hardware for FreeNAS.
