Can't see users in FreeNAS issue

Hello people.

I'm a newbie in this domain but I want to learn step-by-step everything that there is to know about this kind of technology. Mostly what I do in FreeNAS is creating FTP users in order to share stuff. But, yesterday when I logged in as usually i could not see the users I created, let's say, a month ago. Their accounts are still work without any problems but I can not see/access/edit them/etc.
Please have patience with a newbie such as myself and guide me in order to solve this problem. I'm not an advanced technical user so I don't know the terminology that well however I tend to be a fast learner.

Does anyone have an advice or any idea about this problem. This is very important to me. I have no idea why I can't see users anymore. The accounts are ok, they work, I can log in with them but I can not see them in freenas. Also, these are this is the info of my platform:
