1. I just installed today using latest version
2. Double-checked that I am using the amd64 version
3. Everything installed fine and it recognized the 4 Gb I had originally
4. Purchased additional 4 Gb RAM and installed.
5. The PC BIOS sees all 8 Gb
6. When the FreeNAS OS boots it says something about BIOS 636k/3540000 RAM
7. In the HTTP GUI the reports show only 4 Gb
The only unusual thing here is that the original 4 Gb is a different manufacturer than the new 4 Gb, but as I said the PC itself seems to see it all no problem.
Any ideas?
