I am trying to move files from one dataset to another via SMB on Manjaro Linux.
When I try, the file manager (Dolphin) says something like “Impossible to rename file smb://user@truenas.local/sourcedataset...” (the error message is truncated).
I've searched the forum and I've found mixed informations about whether it's possible to move files between datasets from SMB.
I know I could use mv from the shell but it would be very impractical for the things I am trying to do.
Is it normal that I get this error? Is there something I can do to not to get it and move the files?
Would other types of share (NFS?) work better for this task?
