Can't get vnet option to work on Jails including plex

Apparently for plex to work properly you have to have VNET enabled. And I just can't seem to get it to work. I've enabled VNET, and when I launch it I can ping the internet and everything but when I go to plex portal I can't see my plex server up. I try pinging the jail IP from my desktop and can't access it either.

what version of plex are you trying to use? As of today 1.19.1.2589_1 is broken and there is a fix being built.

I think that is the version I’m using. How would I downgrade? And to what version?
