Cant deploy Apps in Scale

Hello, as a last hope, i try to ask you all whats the problem of my new installed RC2 scale System.

As example i try to install tautulli from truecharts catalog, and this is the eventlog:

I tried to install netdata with "launch docker image" option, and that worked.

When i try to install Plex from the official charts, it deploys, but i cant use it, when i click on "web portal" pley told me that i have no access rights on this plex server?!
There must be something gernerally wrong but i cant figure out what...
