Can't copy from Windows to FreeNAS, "Access Denied"

I have 2 FreeNAS boxes and settings are exactly the same. One is working and the other is not. On the one that is not, I cannot change any security settings in Windows pertaining to the share with getting "Access Denied". On the box that is working, all is set to full control so I was able to change them for that box. why I can't for the box in question is the $64,000 question. Which is denying me access? Windows or FreeNAS?
