Can't connect to my 10Gb NIC

I have a two port 10Gbe on my editing rig that I have an old Synology already connected to. I just built a TrueNAS Core machine with a 10Gbe NIC and I'm trying to directly connect to my editing rig. I've attached the screenshots of the settings on my PC's NIC and TrueNAS Core's NIC.

I've already did a test set up through my standard 1gbe switch just fine but for some reason it won't connect to my 10gbe NIC.

Can the windows box ping the TrueNAS box? Can you web into the TrueNAS box?
