Can't allocate Nvidia GPU to apps

Problem: Can not allocate a GPU to any app, the GPU section is empty (see attachment 1)

What I tried:

• I can see the GPUs in the "isolated GPU devices" dialog (attachment 2)
• GPUs are not isolated
• nvidia-smi fails stating it can not communicate with the NVIDIA driver (attachment 3)
• lspci |grep NVIDIA lists the device (attachment 3)

Specs:

• TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.0
• 2 GPUs: Aspeed GPU from IPMI/BMC (used by truenas) and a GTX 660 (used by nothing, this one I try to allocate)
