cant add truecharts catalog, failed to open database, nor deploy jellyfin and qbittorrent

so i have few issues, i just upgraded from truenas core, i reinstalled it but kept configuration, i tried deplying apps i had, few of them worked abut jellyfin never worked

when i tried to look at log fiel i got this error message

Received 400 response code from '/api/v1/namespaces/ix-jellyfin/pods/jellyfin-74c8c6f866-hq494/log?follow=true×tamps=true&timeoutSeconds=1800&container=jellyfin&tailLines=500'

any idea why ? same error with qbittorrent
