cannot move files between W7 and freenas

I am currently having issues moving files to or from my freenas or even between disks in the NAS.



This is the first error message I get, if i click try again I get this



This is a new problem,things worked perfectly until a fortnight ago but I hadnt changed a thing so I am lost.

I am running Windows 7 32bit and the server is FreeNAS 0.7.2 (Sabanda)

Lauren, you're posting in the wrong forum. This site is for FreeNAS 8.x, you'll notice at the top of page there's a link that say's if you're using FreeNAS .7 click here: http://sourceforge.net/apps/phpbb/freenas/index.php

I dont think I can, only have 512 ram
