Cannot install PlexMediaServer Plugin "Error: Jail Matching Query doesn't esixt"

My Plexmediaserver has been running flawlessly and suddenly stopped working for some reason. I am able to install other plugin without any problem, however I am getting some error when trying to install Plexmediaserver only. "Error: Jail Matching Query doesn't esixt"

What's the FreeNAS build version (from System -> Information)? Did you start using plugins with the 9.10 series or did you upgrade from earlier versions of FreeNAS?

I am still using Build FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201604120241 on my freenas.

Plexmediaserver plugin has been running with no issue on version of Freenas system (9.2 & 9.3) with up to date version of Plexmediaserver plugin of course.

I went a head and upgrade to 9.10 stable release, and tried to install plex plugin again, but still giving me the same error.

I've installed manually using the pbi. works just fine there. I still cant figure out what is wrong before. Thanks.
