Hey guys,

So - I had this peachy FreeNAS system that's been treating me very very well, and was working just fine. But, I got married, and had to move in with the wife. =) (She's got much nicer digs than I had.)

On my server, I had to change the IP address from the generic 192.168.1.X typology to a 172.16.1.X one, but once I did that (and a few other things...), everything was good for the server itself, I could see the CIFS share on all her computers.

However, the jail....my old jail IP was 192.168.1.9, and the name for it was "Plugins_Jail" (no quotes). So I tried to go into the plugins settings page, to try to change the Jail IP, and when I try to save with the new IP, it tells me that the Jail name must be alphanumeric characters, start with an alphabetical one, etc...

I'm like....what?? It doesn't even give me the option to change the name, as it's grayed out!

Any ideas...? I'm sure someone will ask why I don't upgrade - honestly, it's because this was working perfect for me. I have a Transmission install (because transfers from the Jail to the "outside" were just way, way too slow for some reason) and a MySQL install that allows me to use a central XBMC library - all on the USB stick, at the root level, and I'm loathe to lose all that. It just worked fine before, wish to God I could just have taken the server and plopped it right into her network....

Thanks for the help!

OK, it won't even upgrade if I wanted to! I downloaded the 9.2.1.2 X64 GUI upgrade file, upgraded exactly as per the instructions - but when comes time to press the very last button (after one has inserted the SHA256 key into the dialog box), I get an error saying : "The firmware is invalid."
