Cannot access truenas online or access on windows

Hello everyone. This is my first time writing on a forum, and I am new to using truenas. For the last several months, I have been able to run Truenas Core 13, access Plex, and use my SMB files with no issues. But out of the blue, it stopped being accessible to my SMB files, and I could not log into the Truenas GUI. I can still stream my videos on Plex. I have nordVPN and uninstalled it to see if this was the issue, but I still have no access. I did install pi-hole, but this was an issue before the installation. In looking around every forum and youtube video, no luck has been had trying to use my browser to access it. I see a lot of intelligent network folks on here and thought to give it a try. Any help will do.
