Can no longer access web GUI

I am a total newbie to TrueNAS and server management.
I built a server from scratch and followed youtube tutorials to install the latest trueNAS version (as of 22/01/21) on it. Everything went relatively smoothly and the web GUI was working fine with a static IP. I transfered about 1.5TB of data onto the harddrives and then attempted to download a plugin for plex. I kept getting a connection error message, so I altered some of the global network settings and was able to download the plex plugin. The plugin installed but then after mounting, the plugin would not restart. Then I could no longer access the GUI. I can still access the boot screen of the NAS and took this screenshot of the ifconfig screen.
Any help would be appreciated as I can longer access my files on the NAS

From what I can tell it was a problem with the security certificates in chrome. After a network reset, I could access the NAS via chrome if i accepted the security certificate
