Can I upload 8.2.0 Config File to 8.3.0 without issue?

Hi.

Am looking to upgrade from 8.2.0 to 8.3.0 and am wondering once I put 8.3.0 onto USB and boot it up, can I then upload the saved config file from 8.2.0 without any issue or will there need to be areas to address?
