Can I restore my plex windows configuration into freenas plex ?????????????????

i was looking for some steps and or info on how to do this ? i noticed this article and saw freenas has a directory. backup folder location
so i assumed it would be possible, any info preferably a video of this would be greatly appreciated.

I looked into cross-platform database moving a while back and the answer (valid at that time) was that it's a no-go. The database format is different between the OS versions of plex.

Yes I had done it many times or you can just schedule snapshots of the jail that the plugin is running on and revert back if ever an issue
