After a full reboot of a new install of 8.3.0

OOPS: Cairo has issues it can't even die: invalid matrix (not invertible)

(process:3291): Pango-WARNING **: Invalid UTF-8 string passed to pango_layout_set_text()


The web interface django also dies. I can restart it and login for 30-90 seconds before it stops working again. I can restart django, but then dies again.

Hardware:
AMD x64 Sempron
Western Digital green drives.

Looks like a bad usb flash drive, try a new one.
