Boot is a mirror of 2 60Gb SSD drive

To fix this, do I need to apply 12.0-U1.1 release even if it's clearly said it's not for production ?

I decided to apply 12.0-U1.1 release but it change nothing, same messages, do you think this is a SSD failure and have to change the drive or is it something else to do before opening server and replace SSD?

can you check smart status of the drive?
or have a look at shell, command "grep ada /var/log/messages"
if it is completely offline, check bios if it is visible there.

finally, I opened the case and remove sata cables on SSD then re plug it and restart server, then SSD come back and do resilver alone, for now everything seems fixed.
Need to see in few days if nothing bad come back.
