The following is a clip of the error message report I get on what I believe is the boot drive. It is a SuperMicro Serial ATA "Dongle" type flashdrive. It appears that the media is failing, but I am not sure if this is just the natural aging of the flashdrive or indication that it should be replaced.

Thanks,
John Farrar

Please post the output of "smartctl -a /dev/ada0" in code tags.

This is classic 'your boot drive is failing'. You will need to backup your config, replace the drive and re-install. You may want to consider getting two drives to replace it so you can have a mirror.
