Bind Required with Virtual Machines

I'm running SCALE (the latest nightly) and I've had this issue for the last few nightlies where, when I go to create a virtual machine, it tells me that "Bind is required," but then gives me nothing to bind to.

I have unused network interfaces so I don't think that is the issue, I've been trying to deploy a VM for the past few days and haven't been able to do so.
I'm wondering if this is a bug within SCALE itself, or if this is just user error?

Could you verify if the same issue is in the 21.02 version? If it is please "report a bug".

The Nightly's are a development branch that don't have a full QA cycle. Things may have been broken.

I had this problem as well with March nightlies. Yesterday I rolled back to a 25th Feb installation and it is working again.

You may need to wait a few days until a new nightly corrects the problem.

Though I do not think this one is reported yet, so OP might want to file a jira report none-the-less.

I have the same issue, again in the March nightlies but not in 20210217. I've reported it at: https://jira.ixsystems.com/browse/NAS-109766

Glad i came across this. I just switched to the nightly to see if the nvidia transcoding fix was uploaded yet and went to make a VM to test for my camera system that only has windows software and couldn't create it.

While the ticket seems resolved, i'm still having the same problem. I have updated to the latest nightly. Is there any chance it didn't get into the latest build yet?
Should i open new ticket or is it going to be on 21.04?
