I have a TrueNAS 12 with only a two 4Tb disk stripe (8Tb). This stripe only has a single pool of about 2.21Tb. I want to use replication of this pool to a 3rd drive added, not on the 2 disk stripe system.
Remove the 3rd "backup" drive with the replicated pool from the machine. Add another new 4Tb drive to the machine, create a new vdev on the "new" 3 drives and create a raidz1. Then add replicated "backup" drive as disk 4, and replicate the pool to the raidz1. Is this possible this way? Or is there an easier path.
