Backup FreeNAS share to a Seagate NAS Pro 4bay

I need to make a backup from a FreeNAS share (full o some sub dirs) to a share on a Seagate NAS, maybe the best way is by using rsync, please I need some advise with this
My free nas is 9.3 stable, joined to ActiveDirectory, It works fine for sharing but i need some shares to be copied to the other nas as a backup

RSYNC is good for something like this. You could also get more granular with compression within the OS and run TAR backups if that's something you're more familiar with
