Hi all,
I've come over to TrueNAS from using QNAP previously. Naturally, I am looking to replicate the things I used to do on that with TrueNAS.
One of the things was backing up files from other computers. Mainly configuration files for services etc. On a schedule, the QNAP would connect to the computer via SFTP and pull a copy of the required files in. Then later on, a copy of these files would be pushed to the cloud.
I'm looking to replicate that functionality. Is there a way I can achieve this? It's not completely obvious to me how I do it, if it is possible.
Perhaps a mix of "SSH Connection" and "Rsync"? Not sure.
Thanks,
FS
