All I see is Amazon S3 so Amazon S3 Glacier isn't supported? Does anyone have glacier working or can provide some help so I can get mine working? Thanks.

I use Glacier, but I feed it from a Windows program ("fastglacier") on a windows box to which are mounted my FreeNAS shares...

I am not aware of anyone successfully using Glacier from FreeNAS itself.

Glacier is a storage tier/class in AWS S3. With that said, you can manage which storage class AWS uses to store your data using a transition rule in a bucket lifecycle policy. Using the lifecycle policy allows you to specify which objects to send to Glacier based on prefix (name), tags, age, etc... You can also expire/delete objects using the policy.

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/user-guide/create-lifecycle.html
