Available storage in Dashboard incorrect

Hi - I have searched but didnt find anything on this. I am running the new 11.2 and the Dashboard shows 7.07TB which is not correct, the RAIDZ2 volume has only 3.31TB available (see screenshots). Am I missing something ?

Yes, you are, and there's already at least one other thread about it. The 7.07 TiB are the "raw" amount of space available on your pool, not accounting for things like parity and overhead. The 3.31 TB are the available space net of parity and such.
