Automatic scrubs issue

Hi All

On my Freenas 2 PC I've setup automatic weekly scrubs on my 3 mirrors. Today it started as usual but a couple of minutes later I noticed there was no HDD LED activity. I checked the scrub status & it listed as 'in progress' on all 3 mirrors? When I checked console messages in the footer it reported 2 timeouts (see attachment). I ran the shell 'zpool status' command & it listed scrubs 'in progress'.
It seems that the scrubs have now completed successfully but any ideas on the 'timeout' issue shown in the attachment? Should I be concerned?

11.1 has a scrub bug that causes it to slow or stop. This is probably what happened, and then it cleared and continued. Most reports end up hard resetting the system.

So far no hard resetting of system but I'll monitor the situation to see if it re-occurs

You may want to move to 11.1U1, which has a fix for that bug.
