Asus P6X58D-E + 24gb + Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5650 is any good?

Hi there,
I've the chance to buy for about 150$ an Asus P6X58D-E mainboard with a Xeon X5650 and 24GB DDR3 to replace my current TrueNAS hardware (Phenom II X6 1065 on a gigabyte Ga880GM equipped with 8GB DDR3).
Would it be any better?
I have to control 4x4TB Ironwolf Pro + one SSD for the OS.
