So I got this board, it is new, so no updates on it. Up to now I had all my boards with DDR2, so I have only the memory sticks I bought because it should be compatible. Yes, the famous crucial 8x2GB CT102472BD160B, as recommended on more places.
I found them memories and ordered them, and they have .18FP after the type number, on the same line. Nobody mentioned this in any thread I found, and also in store I bought them it was not mentioned.

Someone maybe know what this sorcery is?
Could someone with this configuration please check if theirs also has similar number after type number?

My problem, is the same as here: https://forums.freenas.org/index.php?threads/asrock-c2550d4i-not-start.41249/
I can connect to IPMI web UI, it shows always 'system is off' in power control. Then, if I try to power it on, fan goes alive, but red leds starts to blink on the board, and message that 'Power on failed' appears. Web UI become unresponsive, and even after reload I cannot log in (getting invalid authentication with same credentials, which also is strange).
I tried everything. CMOS reset with battery out, power on with switch, only one memory stick in A1 slot,

In referred thread it was faulty board .. but before I will send it back to dealer or asrock itself, I want to check all possibilities... I have no chance to get new this year and I planned to work on it on holidays..
