Apps panel reports "No Applications Installed" after reboot

I'm running TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.4.2 and have quite a few Apps configured. Everything's been stable for months, no changes or updates.... I shut down my system last night and just powered it back up and the Apps panel reported "No Applications Installed." and none were running (it wasn't a UI glitch AFAICT). No errors in the logs, nothing to report. I restarted and they showed back up as before. This is worrisome though - any idea what could have happened, and how to track it down?

This just happened to me. Same version. I shut it down overnight and no apps. Restarted it from the web GUI and they're back.
