Apps not working after changing ethernet port

Everything was working just fine. Added a fiber ethernet and disabled the copper ethernet.
I can no longer load any applications. The containers seem to be running and I don't see any errors but if I open the ipaddress/port I get "This site cannot be reached".
System is a Dell R420 with dual Xeon e5-2640v2 CPU, 128GB RAM.

I even removed all apps and re-installed from scratch. Under the advanced app tab I tried the default settings as well as the ip address/gateway/netmask for the fiber port.
Ping works, name resolution works.
Where should I be looking?

Forget it. I think it was a configuration error on my part. It's working at the moment. This is after a day of trying things.
