After installation ethernet is not working

Hi, I made new installation of FreeNas on MB Supermicro MBD-X11SPi-TF, Intex Xeon 3104, RAM Samsung 8GB DDR4-2666 LP ECC REG DIMM. Both ethernet connector lights are off, on first port there is blinking green led once in 5 seconds. When I was installing Win on Supermicro MB, I had to install drivers to make ethernet working. I went through freenas menu and set ip address and mask, but I cannot ping to any computer. So ethernet is not working. How can I make ethernet working? Do I need install drivers?

Search here for "X722" - you will find several threads where issues are discussed - I did not see one with a clear solution though. Search also for "X11SPi" for some other threads.
