I've looked around and to be honest I wouldn't bother with a Sempron based system & motherboard. All the ones I found maxed out at 4GB of RAM. While 4GB would be fine for UFS, ZFS would want more. For a while I ran my FreeNAS setup on an old socket 939 Opteron 185 on an nForce3 board with 4GB of RAM and used ZFS. It did work but it wasn't exactly fast. It currently runs on an older nForce 980a based board w/16GB of RAM and it screams.

If you have your heart set on an AMD based ITX system, something like this would be better and could be assembled on the cheap (about $140USD (107€), depending on where you shop):

RAM would be extra, but RAM is super-cheap these days. You can also stick up to 16GB of RAM on it if you wanted (though 8 would probably be enough).
