Alternative to Transmission? Or way to move torrents?

I have been using transmission for sometime, and its great at what it does. But I was hoping there was an alternative to it, something with more options. I basically want to be able to have the downloads move into different folders, based on where I put the torrent OR where the tracker is from. Anyone know of way I can do this?

You can setup a jail, install Deluge or rTorrent via ports or you can install them in the OS of your choosing within a VM using the built in VirtualBox plugin. I have both deluge and rtorrent running in a debian VM and it works, no problems. Just have to make sure it can access your data directories and you have the correct permissions set both on your data dir and the VM.

I have also seen others who have installed them within a jail and How-To's on this site with steps to do so.
