My asrock motherboard is dead this one: ASRock Intel ASRock C2550D4I - mITX , memory DIMM DDR 3 Kingston ValueRAM Server Premier

Is there a similar one that I can buy with Integrerad processor ?

Unfortunately I think all the Mini-ITX server boards with integrated processor are of 2 categories;

• Expensive
• Limited SATA

That original ASRock Rack board, (and I own the C2750D4I), was a bit unique. With the 12 SATA ports it made a good, small NAS board.

For example, here is one of the expensive ones;
EPYC3451D4I2-2T
It does include 16 cores, and 32 threads and dual 10Gbit/ps Ethernet over copper, so it's not exactly intended to be a lower cost board.
