Alternative for LSI controller

Hi all!

I recently build a new machine and is now running TrueNAS SCALE 22.02.1 to use as my home NAS.
Now running all the onboard SATA ports with disks and need to expand with a controller, I already own a LSI SAS3082E-R flashed to IT mode.
The LSI card was working with my old Gigabyte motherboard but isn't with my new Gigabyte motherboard, it showing "could not enable pci io attributes" when posting.
Looks like a compatibility issue with the controller and my motherboard, are there alternatives for my LSI? All the topics recommend to use LSI but don't know if there is a other LSI model that is going to work (and don't want to buy multiple models to test them all and verify a other model is working)

Page 9 has the compatible Gigabyte Motherboards and related BIOS versions (maybe something to check if your board is on the list)
