alder lake gpu passthrough

Sorry,My English is poor...
i have a truenas scale running in esxi, and set up gpu passthrough, cpu is 12700

i can see the gpu in scale.

but I don't see the dropdown in plex GPU configuration

I used the following command but it still doesn't work
sudo midclt call system.advanced.update '{"kernel_extra_options": "i915.force_probe=AlderLake-S GT1"}'
....
please help me

I think i saw in another post, that the current scale kernel doesn't support alderlake gpu's.
Alderlake support for scale will come with bluefin when the kernel will be updated to 5.15

I had to install the nightly version(22.12/Bluefin) of scale to get GPU passthrough of my Alder Lake CPU working.

no, i dont use Plex, but Jellyfin can now make use of 12th Gen Intel CPU.

So curious what do you use it for? Mine has always worked for everything that didn't need quicksync (like plex) even with prior releases.

NAS + Jellyfin initially. more recently VPN Server, VMs & Qbittorrent

Very nice I didnt realize that Jellyfin used quicksync, are you by chance doing 4k transcoding?
