After upgrading to 12, Dashboard is empty, Storage>Pools just spins...

The title says it all... when I click on Dashboard

When I click on Storage > Pools, all I see is...

Disks shows the 8 disks I have in the system - but if I click Add on the Pools page, it doesn't show any available disks...

How can I fix this?

I was in the middle of re-configuring so 'resetting the disks' and start pools over again is a viable option.

I'm seeing the exact same issue. If I run in 11.3-U6, my pools show up and I can geli-decrypt them fine. I know TrueNas 12 is not supporting new pools to be created with geli encryption, however, I understand it still supports existing geli-encrpted pools. So I'm unsure why this isn't working.

There seems to be an issue with the process of upgrading from 11.3-U6 to 12. To work around this issue, I've just done a completely fresh install of TrueNas 12 (not an upgrade) and uploaded my 11.3 config to that and things work better. Although not perfect. For some reason, it's wanting to decrypt my 3rd pool with an empty key, which I've had to work around by detaching and reimporting just the 3rd pool. ...this has been a tricky upgrade...
