After updating to 11.2 network link flapping

My FreeNAS Mini XL after updating to 11.2 is showing interface UP interface DOWN over and over. Possibly related to this bug? https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=229432

That bug was fixed for 11.2 so something else is at play. If this continues to occur, please create a report at bugs.freenas.org and post the issue number here.
