After installing Rancher, other PCs remote desktop starts experiencing disconnects

Hi All,
I have a really weird problem, I normally remote into my PC to administrate my FreeNAS server. Recently I setup Rancher and as soon as I start the Rancher up, my RDP into my PC starts losing connections. Overall its a very strong difference before and after getting Rancher up and running. I checked my router logs and didn't see anything weird...

If you freeNAS a separate box from you PC? Is it virtualized in any way? Try using Wireshark to see if you have some arp or IP issues. If its a layer 2 issues you may see a ton of conflicting ARP messages. something like "aa:bb:ccc:11:22:33 has 192.168.50" and another "11:22:33:aa:bb:cc has 192.168.50" This would show you that there is an IP conflict (two hosts with the same IP) or "aa:bb:ccc:11:22:33 has 192.168.50" and "aa:bb:ccc:11:22:33 has 192.168.51" where 192.168.51 is NOT the same device as 192.168.50. This would be a MAC address "conflict".
