After Host Upgrade to v11.1 New Jails at v11.0?

Hello,

I upgraded my FreeNAS server to 11.1 this morning and then created a new jail. To my surprise, it appears to be downloading (and attempting to install?) 11.0. Aren't new jails supposed to be at the same OS version as the host system?

It appears that 11.1 was indeed used for the jail:

root@Zoneminder:/ # uname -r
11.1-STABLE

Why then was it necessary to download 11.0 and will this occur every time I create a new jail?

My best guess is that iXsystems stopped work on the old Warden jail management system and refocused its efforts to integrate iocage jail manager into the new (now in beta) web interface.

You can update the jail or use iocage to create it instead.
