The problem is brief: after disconnecting one of the DCs, FreeNAS does not connect to the domain.
There were two domain controllers SRV-002 and SRV-006 on Win2008. Time to upgrade to Win2019. Created two more DCs SRV-14 and SRV-41.
An hour after turning off the SRV-006, FreeNAS was rebooted, it connected to the domain, everything worked fine.
A few days later, FreeNAS was restarted again. Directory Services and CIFS do not start.
1. On FreeNAS, a new DC was clearly registered in the Directory Services settings.
Domain Controller:SRV-041
Global Catalog Server:SRV-041
Kerberos Server:SRV-041
Kerberos Password Server:SRV-041
Does not work.
2. A keytab was generated on the new DC. Configure FreeNAS to connect via keytab. Does not work.
We connected the old DC SRV-006 - everything connected and worked.
What are we doing wrong?
PS:
On FreeNAS:
grep -ri SRV-006 /var/
grep -ri SRV-006 /etc/
grep -ri SRV-006 /usr/
grep -ri SRV-006 /mnt/nas/.system/
utput is empty.
