AFP sharing problem with macOS

Buonasera a tutti! ;)
I'm running FreeNAS since 2 years, I always had problem related to my AFP sharing but now they are becoming really annoying... When I'm simply browsing through the folder I'm see folder that appears, that disappears, I can't deleted documents and other stuffs like this! I'm thinking that I do something in the wrong way :/
I'm using my Mac with the ethernet cable (1 GbE), my server use FAILOVER over a D-Link 24ports switch, if I start a read/write speed test I have good performance but I still have the same problem.

Someone can help me?

Stop using AFP. Apple have deprecated AFP in favor of SMB.

EDIT: I've noticed a slow down of speed, from 100MB/s to 55 MB/s, and I have solved with this command:
