AFP shares broadcast issues.

I have a freenas server setup for AFP sharing. Only have MacOS systems and prefer AFP for file naming in our workflow over SMB. I can see the freenas server in the side panel of the finder, but it fails to connect. however if I "connect to server" in finder and add .local behind the name it works.

I'm sure there's a quick fix for it, a setting I'm forgetting or have misclicked, but I'm not sure specific terms to search for, and all my searches came up unhelpful.

On FreeNAS 11.3rc. Have 2 workstations connected directly to it by 10GBe, in bridge mode. The workstations and mac laptops all have the same issue.

Yeah, sometimes things slip through testing. If you see a bug, report it. If it's a duplicate or already fixed, then we'll close the ticket.
